Two friends who work for the same Brazilian company, Matthew (Michael Caine) and Victor (Joseph Bologna) decide to take a vacation together without their wives, since both men are having marital difficulties. Each brings his teenage daughter along, and there is trouble when Matthew begins an affair with Victor's daughter, Jennifer (Michelle Johnson). As Victor catches wind of the fling, Matthew tries to keep his involvement a secret, leading to plenty of uncomfortable situations.

The nudity and the crazy house full of plants and birds are the most enjoyable things about this movie. The stupid "helpless" male that doesn't have enough maturity and sense to defend himself against a teenage girl is a ridiculous fantasy. Typical of movies of this time that were 99% all from the male perspective.

Worst music I’ve ever heard in a movie. Absolutely bizarre how the director needed to have a huge tropical bird in almost every shot. All round terrible movie.

I have over 500 movies and bought this because I remember it playing on HBO exactly 40 years ago this week. I have all the HBO guides from the 1980s which are a treasure trove of movie ideas. Anyhow, I bought this on Blu Ray and it's definitely a keeper. It's the tail end of the early 1980s movie nudity but the girls are all stunning. I think the problem people have with this is that the star is 17 but she's physically perfect. I'm shocked at the low rating so I'm giving it 5/5 on the creepy Gen X shameless man scale.
