Stuart W I didn't read anything about this movie so naturally I thought it had something to do with a natural disaster. After watching, I still don't understand the title: the mission in the last act was labeled "Blue," but what is the Tornado? Some commenters elsewhere said this movie was a combination of Top Gun and Close Encounters of a Third Kind, but not sure if I agree. For the most part, I found this movie boring and even the climax was ho-hum. I generally would rate a movie based on whether I would watch it again, and to that I say a resounding no.
