Who needs rationality when a film's compelling? Between the powerful central issue and Dorff's rock solid performance, Brake makes for an exhilarating experience.

Dorff is stellar and the film builds some tension but a bit too much required suspension of disbelief, some plot holes, weak dialogue, and two increasingly silly twist endings ultimately sink the piece.

Ignore all the naysayers. This movie does something fresh and lets the terrorists win. The only reason it's been poo-pooed is because yanks don't like it when their side aren't victorious.
