Great cast wasted on awful dialogue, unappealing characters making inexplicable bad choices and meandering pointless plot. I get the Woody Allen comparison (spoiled, neurotic, wealthy New Yorkers) but none of the depth and magic of Allen’s best work.

If a story about boring self-indulgent individuals makes for a captivating family drama, than I was clearly watching a different movie, that doesn't take way too much time (2 hours) to eventual get nowhere. Its a big waste of time for all the talents involved.
