Bugonia is a thought provoking unique exploration of humanity in it's past and current state. It's a bit funny despite the sadness that weaves thoughout the story. It's a well crafted psychological thriller. Make no mistake though, this has elements of horror, and pulls no punches with the gore it does show. Highly unusual, well written, great performances, and I would expect no less from Yorgos Lanthimos.

Great Acting, excellent camera work and vision from the team. The score sets the tone wonderfully and It’s as weird as you’d hope it’d be. To sum up the plot- Gaslight Gatekeep Girlboss.
