Audience Member 2 chefs are looking for ways to promote sustainable consumption using bugs as a protein source. They travel around the world to learn how other cultures cook and eat insects. They collect specimens and catalog recipes. Along the way, they get frustrated as everyone else who is interested in insect protein wants to sign on big corporations. Soon, they find themselves advocating to either do it right (pay workers well, not raise the animals in unnatural conditions), or not do it at all.
