This movie is about a director that finds a man in Cannes turns into a producer introducing to movie stars during the Cannes Film Festival. The movie is boring but has great cameos by various actors Johnny Depp, John Malvoich(?), Chris Penn, James Brolin etc That is the only good part about the movie.
