Audience Member Whack-a-doodles. The care bears are throwing a surprise party for Surprise Bear. This occurs after the bears accidentally destroy Grumpy's map that will help them find their way across the area for the ultimate surprises. Meanwhile, Funshine Bear finds an orphaned kid that needs his guidance to get through some tough times. "He just likes having something to be grumpy about." David Doi, director of My Little Pony: Dancing in the Clouds, several other Care Bears pictures, Bratz: Babyz the Movie, and about 50 episodes of Angelina Ballerina, delivers Care Bears: Ups and Downs. The storyline for this was a little better than I anticipated. The animation is fairly good and better than you may anticipate. "He wouldn't like it if we drew all over it." We have been watching these movies off Netflix and actually haven't liked very them much. This is actually one of the better ones with an entertaining story and fun plot. My daughter liked this one the best also. I do recommend giving this a viewing with your child. "Nothing's going right for me today."
