An absolutely fabulous original movie about a fascinating point in time following the Russian Revolution and two artistic geniuses who were huge influences on artists for generations to come. Who ever gave this a bad review must be doing so in order take down an amazing and positive movie about nd ability of human spirit to transcend even the worst of times. I think that the people who criticized the movie for espousing philosophy were missing what was one the best parts of the film - movies are so debased these days into just pandering to the lowest common denominator in people that when a movie comes along that talks about the best in people - the ability to dream, thinking about ideas and trying to make the world a better place. These ideas are too often scorned by our culture which has become a sick one. This movie is unique and refreshing in every respect and its viewpoint deserves consideration.
