Audience Member Good time watching this ...ok acting by JT . SOMDVD Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Audience Member Despite starting out with a good story about a character whose friendliness to a young Joey Laurence helps him deal with the loss of his own son, Chains of Gold falls apart very paced and becomes unstructured, unbalanced, repetitive and very cliche. And John Travolta's performance is barely half decent. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/27/23 Full Review Audience Member Social worker risks his life mutliple times to save one kid in his case load. You would think others at the office would admire him but he's actually quite unpopular. Recongizable cast but its a bit hard to believe any social worker would be this dedicated. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Audience Member An over-dedicated social worker chases a lost youth who has fallen into the trappings of crack dealers. A little heavy handed for my liking; LA could use more social workers like Scott Barnes, although ability with paperwork and enforcing red tape and bureaucracy are move valued traits in the department.
