London Girl W The most annoying things about this film were the person playing Teanna, and the daughter who sounded like she was on helium and really did my head in. Why do so many American children, and a large proportion of American women, sound like chipmunks? They sound very nasal. I was very tempted to turn it off, but I don't like giving up on a film once I've started it. It wasn't too bad in the end, but not one of the better Christmas films, because of the reasons I've mentioned. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 12/16/24 Full Review Audience Member Nothing pains me more than panning an Ashley Williams feel-good movie, but even she cannot save this cardboard feature where the most interesting character is the her scripted daughter. Someone should have given Ashanti a villaness song to give it at least two-dimensions Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review Audience Member "Christmas In The City" has all the charm of a donkey passing a stone -- which coincidentally appears to be the facial expression Ashley Williams was going for in portraying insipid joyfulness throughout this ham-laden schmaltz fest. I only wish I could ask Santa for those tiresome 90 minutes back. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/01/23 Full Review Audience Member If you can get over the super evil chick trying to take over the store and destroy long standing Christmas traditions the you will enjoy this holiday flick. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Audience Member It was a little bit cheesy but overall it was OK Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/14/23 Full Review Audience Member The acting in the beginning and toward the end was a little too over the top and cheesy; however, the middle part was not as bad.
