Apart from the alpacas, almost no one or nothing else here is either believable or interesting. Go to Full Review

Despite my gripes with this film, I would never advise against putting it on for some background noise—or an occasional glance at a cute alpaca. Go to Full Review

Gwenyth U @fighttherhythm Dec 26 The only funny thing about this movie was my family griping about its plot holes and nonsensical storyline in the background. A rip off Ryan Gosling (Brian Goosling- as my cousin dubbed him) looked somber and nonchalant the entire movie. Plot was flatter than a piece of hay, and its attempt at humor failed horribly. While it’s not the worst thing to have playing in the background, I’d rather watch alpacas with Christmas music in the background than the bland mess of this movie. The alpacas were great, though! See more Allison M @ColoradoMom Dec 18 Listen, these movies are supposed to be fun and this one was OK; not great, not terrible. I couldn't get over she was ON A FARM and the way they dressed her was like "oh, no worries, we'll wear all the things, heels, no gloves, hair perfect, etc." and it annoyed the heck out of me. The story could have been really cute and hilarious; I mean we are talking alpacas. Sadly it was more plastic; more the female lead really. Sigh... See more Henry S @SaucySousa Dec 16 The best acting in this film is done by the alpacas. See more Alexis J @Alexis101 Dec 15 Sexy, calm & expressive: the alpacas bring an authenticity that the human actors consistently lack. The farm setting looks good; barns, fields, and winter decorations like a picture postcard backdrop. Fine. The film falls short. The plot is basically the same as ‘Christmas on the ranch, ‘Christmas on the slopes’, ‘ Christmas in the chalet’, ‘a country roads Christmas’, ‘a very English Christmas’, (I fell down ‘A Very Christmas’ rabbit hole). Character development is as thin as an alpaca on ice, emotional moments often feel unemotionally unemotional. The Christmas themes present, but these presents are delivered in a way that feels like going through the motions to fulfill a studio deal to make a certain amount of ‘CHRISTMAS ON THE ________’ films. The Alpacas are lush but ultimately this one is mediocre at best. Watch out they spit. The alpacas deserve the top billing (but unfortunately they only get paid in hey) the rest of the movie struggles to keep up with em. Watch it.
