The Gloomgardy Family is full of funny people who just want to have the best Christams they possibly can when they can't be together in person. Btw, this is the the Real Christmas Staycation! There's another movie out there by the same name that is not as heartfelt and if you're watching one that's not on Zoom, then you're watching the wrong one. This is the Christmas Stacyation that's now a CULT COMEDY CLASSIC! Annie Abrams leads an amazing cast and the movie is full of gut busting laughs. The Zoom Party especially towards the end is full of my favorite moments and Zoom games. See more Samantha F 12/31/2023 A movie made on Zoom that actually makes you laugh and is full of heart! At first, I was a little hesitant to watch this, but then I started connecting with the characters and really caring about that virtual Christmas party that Alice has to throw. Also, I found myself laughing constantly. Hands down, my favorite character is Cousin Skeexo and her search for Boston Market. The zoom dates were also pretty funny too. If you're looking for a Christmas movie that's non-traditional and will make feel good, this is a good one! The filming was not professional--it looked like it was someone's homemade family film. I really can't think of any redeeming features. For me it was a total waste of time.
