Movies seldom get to the level of naked pain and honesty Cicada does. Drama, at its best, doesnt tell a real story so much as a true onea fundamental tale of honest emotion and human nature Go to Full Review

These types of films progress in no other way than questions, experiences, and epiphanies: Marriage Story on netflix is nothing but a one-act play between two heterosexual lovers that is only questions, experiences, and epiphanies, and yet no one is saying it is not a movie. The film never portrayed itself as an action film; many romances can be captured in a snapshot - but we're not here for that - we are watching for the nuance of how these characters love, not for the fact that they're in love. A part of bias, is not just whether you flatly accept the thing, but how harshly or positively you view it based on the perspective it presents. I recommend the film for anyone seeking positive, idyllic, slow-paced, intercultural romance stories. See more xpig332 B Mar 16 About 20 seconds of the trailer was all I needed to see!
