The FBI rewires Plughead for information only to see him go on a killing spree. Has too many ridiculously over the top characters for its own good. This has a lot of cheery good qualities that can't be disliked by any super geek. Seems not many people have seen it, but this guy at a party walked by my VHS collection and knew the movie, raved about how good it was, and knew who acted in it. Bizarre, but goes to show that is might just be over looked. Anyway, this is a B gem, a rare 50 cent find that I enjoyed and I will never forget.
