Jeffrey M. Anderson Combustible Celluloid Rinty was not only a brilliant dog who could perform any number of on-screen tricks on command, but he was the only four-legged star who actually had a screen presence and appeared to be acting rather than obeying commands. Audience Member A pretty good silent film starring the original Rin Tin Tin as a half-wolf pack leader who befriends and then rescues the human who had rescued him. Occasionally a bit grittier than most would expect from a 1925 movie about a dog. I think we lived less sheltered lives back then. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/12/23 Full Review Audience Member A pretty good silent film starring the original Rin Tin Tin as a half-wolf pack leader who befriends and then rescues the human who had rescued him.
