Audience Member The Geass Code can be viewed endlessly. I was pleased with this anime. This is a story about a British boy Lelouch, who decided to take revenge on the people who killed his mother and hurted his sister and overthrow the current government. At first, he thought that changing the world into one was a stupid idea, but as soon as he met a stranger named CC who gave him the power of Geass in exchange for her secret wish, he immediately began to act. In this anime, everything is great, starting with the direction, ending with the script, which is almost better than in the "Death Note". Incredibly detailed characters and their development throughout the anime. This anime is not for children, it is for adults. The incredibly twisted plot makes you shudder every time, after every twist . Every episode is worked out. Drawing anime is very pleasant and will not seem outdated now. Anime raises real problems of society and people. Very subtle humor makes you laugh a lot. Anime is as personal as possible, you need to watch it alone. I really love this anime, it's incomparable. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review jeremy z This movie does not need to exist. That's what I thought when I went in to the movie. Code Geass S2 ended on an absolute perfect note and the most probable outcome is that whatever new thing they added would just detract from that. yet my curiosity got the better of me and I went ahead and watched this movie. Though it doesn't have the complexity or drama of it's predecessor. It certainly functions well as an epilogue to the original story. All the og characters get their heart-warming closure moments and there is a passable battle arc also. For long-time fans, it's more of the characters you loved. It won't make you clench your buttcheeks or sob tears of betrayal, but hey, we get to see more of Lelouch and C.C being a married couple as well as Kallen and Suzaku fight side by side for the first time and that's enough for me. Furthermore, it presents an ideal ending to the tragic ending, I recommend people to watch it after they complete the Code Geass series.
