Occasionally a tad too reflective, Quinn's pacing and controlled conflict requires an adjustment for viewers, but as "Colewell" sinks in, it reveals itself as the cinematic equivalent of a deep exhale after having attained peace within.

Watching an old lady braid her hair is not interesting. Who is that girl? This movie sucks. She should be happy to retire at 65. Her house is paid for. I don't know what she is crying about.

It was pretty good; definitely a long, slow burn. I kept thinking it would get better. I'd definitely not want to ever watch it again. It just kind of ended too which I severely dislike. Watch if you're really bored and there's nothing better on. 100%...Hmmmmm

Quietly told, the pacing gives you time to gaze and contemplate what you're looking at, and over time you learn to expect what people will say and notice how that differs from what they do say, and that's one step you've drawn closer to them. You get to know particularly Nora, but also the people she interacts with. The portrayal is . . . can you imagine "quietly vivid" not being an oxymoron? The people and the cinematography and the unfolding story are quietly vivid, and where you end up is . . . well, I don't have the words for it. But I'm writing this months later because it came to mind, and its grip remains.
