The characters used in the movie are all from the attraction, but a majority are from The Five Bear Rugs, the large group in the middle of the performance. These bears I would consider to be side or background performers and lesser known than some of the soloists. So I question the decisions on what bears from the attraction to use in the movie. There are quite a few cameos in this movie and some of them break out into songs that turn into music videos. This slows down the plot a lot, though some of the songs are enjoyable. The songs were a mix of rock with some country influence and this differs greatly from the music in the attraction. The puppeteering of the bears ranged from not good to well done. I enjoy the characters from the theme park and I think they could work in a film, they just don’t in this one, skip it. See more Read all reviews
