Sala (Sam Voutas), an investigative journalist, prepares to release an inflammatory book revealing the dark and twisted past of automotive industry giant Motorkore, Inc., a corporation he believes once performed crash tests using real people instead of dummies. Soon Sala finds himself abducted, surgically altered and trapped in one of the very experiments he had hoped to expose. With the help of a fellow prisoner, Sala plots to escape from brutal Motorkore scientist Valleriy (Melanie Ansley).
