Paul C 07/06/2024 While the film quality looked ok, and obviously they expense down with only 1 actor. It was mildly entertaining... Decent story idea, but to make it more interesting, the GF suggested a drinking game, Drink everytime she give an exasperated "Sigh" in the movie. I promise it will get better as the show goes on. The movie itself is well developed, the main (only) character shows progress, and although, at times the situation is too open to interpretation, the movie itself explains everything that needs to be explained. This is one of those movies that you get more the second time around. I'll watch it s third time, in sure I lost something the first 2 times. It is a superb techno-thriller starring Mikayla Iverson, who is the only actor whose face appears on screen. She more than holds her own as she is stalked and eventually hunted by an unnamed clandestine agency, after she stumbles into a mind numbing secret in the course of her work. Miss Iverson's character, Cara Hammond, is forced to try to determine who is after her, and why, as her computer defenses, and ultimately, her very life are attacked at her remote location. Crypto Shadows is a fast-paced, suspense-filled film showcasing beautiful scenery and outstanding acting and writing, and the viewer does not need to be technically savvy to appreciate and enjoy it.
