Mark H. Harris Black Horror Movies It borrows liberally from the Wes Craven flick, but what it lacks in originality it makes up for in direction, writing and production value. Rated: 2.3/5 Jan 2, 2020 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member I'll be honest and say I wasn't too impressed with it. It wasn't a horrible movie, but it wasn't the greatest either. I'd say we were given less blood, less suspense, and more on gangsta life. The final guy wasn't bad at all, neither was any of the other characters, although the final guy's mom was kind of creepy. The mask that the killer wore was pretty cool, it reminds me of my childhood during Halloween time. The revealing of who the killer is was obviously yet to come, but at least the killers' identity wasn't too predictable. The cinematography was weak, but not bad. I'd say this movie was a little bit disappointing. One reason would be that it's filled with early 2000s horror cliches. It's also filled with gangster stereotypes and other stereotypes as well. The final guys' mother has more interesting characteristics than the final guy himself which is pretty sad. The characters aren't very memorable, neither are the kills. The movie was also kind of boring. Overall, I'd say this movie was a boring, and disappointing one. I guess if you're bored and you have nothing else to do, I guess watch this movie. But other than that, I wouldn't recommend it. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/26/23 Full Review Audience Member One of the best rarely seen slasher films of the early 2000's. It's what I like to call the only "hood" slasher. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Audience Member I wasn't exactly expecting an Oscar winning film here but my goodness. Deplorable acting, terrible plot, and very predictable. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Audience Member I had very low expectations for this film. As the credits roll I got an instant classic slasher film. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/16/23 Full Review Audience Member Not that terrible of a low budget slasher. Well...I liked it for what it was. Ripped off Scream a bit, but Terri is an awesome character. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/26/23 Full Review Read all reviews
