Eddie Harrison film-authority.com Immaculately dressed and coiffeired, Maurizio Merli merrily bitch-slapps his way through the Mafia like a dose of salts; if you’ve never seen this great leading man before, this is one special cop you have to see in action.. evan g Better than average Eurocrime drama dubbed in English with some gritty New York Scenes starring the late Maurizio Merli, best known as a Franco Nero lookalike, with Hollywood legend Van Johnson thrown in the mix. Enjoyable action harkens you back to those 42nd Street days. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Umberto Lenzi's (Also one of the best directors ever) Comes this somewhat flawed hiest and crime film but still a great watch for a very good director. Though i didn't care to much for his crime film Cannibal Ferox out of everything, Eaten Alive is on my watch list still though.
