Steve D A sad send off for the greats. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 06/28/23 Full Review Audience Member Not the funny routines or crazy comic situations like the earlier classic films of Bud and Lou ,but this has a sweetness not seen in the other films they made together.Probably consideredcorny today, but still memorable for the unusual role Lou is smarter and of course his gentle childlike character is still there.Bud plays a guy in trouble, big trouble, entangling Lou in criminal doings! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/15/23 Full Review Audience Member the last comedy from comedy team abbott & costello who like martin and lewis or hope & crosby broke up 2 persue seperate careers. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member This movie is a sad shadow of the great Abbott and Costello comedy team. I'm guessing that they did this "B" movie that looks like it was shot with an old 8mm home movie camera cause they needed the money. Im a fan of Abbott and Costello , both radio and the big screen. However, it saddens me to say this movie is hard to watch. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/05/23 Full Review Audience Member I must warn you I love Abbott and Costello. I've watched them all my life, some movies I've seen a countless amount of times. This movie I had never seen or heard of before. One of there first movies and its a excellent to say the least. Lou owns and runs kiddy land and Bud is up to his neck with the mob with gambling debts. Lou loves and tries to help everyone including Bud. This movie was before the famous lone Hey Abbott came out, in this movie its Hey Bud. This is straight out clean comedy. Nothing less then 5 Stars. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/23/23 Full Review Audience Member A fun time with big laughs. My favorite moments include a scene of double talk with a local policeman and another involving a chase and vinyl records used as frisbees. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
