See more Russ G Jan 29 Another forgettable later Chan episode cranked out by the Poverty Row studio, Monogram. Poor script, poor production values, hokey mystery. It tries to get by on light comedy which doesn't carry the film. Might have been enough as the B-PIcture of a double feature back then, or a Late Show TV offering in the 60's, but with the alternatives available to modern audiences, don't go out of your way unless you're a Sydney Toler fan. See more bill t @Spuzz 09/16/2012 Amusing enough Charlie Chan venicle here as Chan has to figure out who is resposnsible for a robbery and murder, even though the man the police have matches the fingerprints at the crime scene! Birmingham Brown and Charlie Chan's son, whichever one it is, are also along for the ride.
