In terms of context, “Demon Slayer” does not exactly reinvigorate the genre, with a number of its aspects essentially being cliched. The productions values though are definitely in the top of the category and those that will keep the anime popular

Jumping right into the action and excitement of the last seaon's final battle still feels satisfying. However, once this sequence is over, the film comes to a screeching halt, switching over to exposition and build-up of the next season.

Demon Slayer -To the Swordsmith Village boasts incredible animation and strong voice acting. What is holding the film back is a lack of cohesion between episodes and little to no editing to create a smooth flow from arc-to-arc.

This is just a few episodes of the last season with one of the new season. Th plot is good, but they're really just recaps with a single new Parr.

Really thought this was another actual Demon Slayer film. Turns out that half the movie is a recap from the current season and the remaining time is an introduction to the next upcoming season.
