Audience Member Tara did not do very well. It is a classic though that you watch a few times. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 06/21/24 Full Review Lilly C I first saw this movie as a pirated version on youtube called evil boyfriend 2024 and watching it was possibly the best night i've ever had. I love this movie with my whole heart it is such an amazing plot and the suspense is insane. 100% reccomend! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/13/24 Full Review Avanti M I don't know why this movie does not get more credit. Tara's and Kip's performance were brilliant. Even the directing and pacing of the movie was well thought out and presented. Watched the movie with my partner who also said it was worth the recommendation. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/26/23 Full Review I'Esha S My rating for this movie stand on just Alright. how she finds out that the person she had just gotten married too was"a stalker". That it was his plan all along to trap her and isolate her. I feel like this was very different, because basically relating to other films about being married to an obsessive person with a crush on a woman he can't get his hands on so he does weird things like take photos, videos, fantasize about how he wish he could have this woman for his own, ending with her dead like all of the rest. Usually that's how a movie would go but the fact that she was actually married and he had a chance, is very rare. She didn't seem to have much interest in him as if she didn't know him at all, as if she jumped into the marriage without any clue of what she was getting into. You would think everything he was would be exactly what she wanted judging by her paintings; I assumed was her character that he was the perfect person. Having a home out in nature, a crafts man as a husband, time alone and away from the busy city to focus on art would be the last thing a woman she claims to be wouldn't want to get away from. She has no connection with nature, and that is what really surprises me. She did have a fear of water and this situation made her face that fear, her mind somewhat did work crafty in a way of brainstorming ideas to get out of a life threatening situation, kind of making them not so different than the other, just seems like she has alot on her plate and alot of bottled up issues she couldn't and wouldn't face now that she wasn't alone, as well as alot of blockages mentally. As a baby bird that wasn't ready to leave the nest yet but prevented what could of been the best solution from happening if she hadn't been so afraid of growing away from the cluttered spaces in her life, clearing out room for her future. She wasn't ready to be married. He kept her memories locked in a safe because obviously he knew she was capable of making mistakes, she wasn't ready to settle and knowing this, all he wanted was to prevent what was possibly bound to happen. Theres much to go by in questioning her personality such as ;Was she a real artist or was it only her idea? Or I could assume that maybe this was a perspective of herself that she introduced to him, giving him every reason to assume that this lifestyle would be perfect. He could of had the same question running through his mind as any man would, trying to figure out the woman they plan on spending they're life with, becoming frustrated with her unwilling behavior to cooperate; and she was a closed book obviously. Yeah it was only supposed to be their honeymoon but maybe the truth was that he was a reflection of who she actually wasn't or was and just could never accept. Maybe what was being brought out into the light was the unsettling truth but in a dark place such as his cabin where nature just has a way of breaking through this dark cold and sad chapter; forwarding to the fact that the ending was in the beginning. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 08/22/23 Full Review Regina P Quite possibly the worst acting I've seen in a decade. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 04/24/23 Full Review Carter D Julianne played by Tara Reid was insightful, pragmatic, romantic, hopeful, sexy, and sweet. Mitch played by Kip Pardue was a hemorrhoid. However, as my wife reminded me the actor must have done an amazing job portraying the loathsome character for me to have so strong a reaction to it Rated 2 out of 5 stars 04/24/23 Full Review Read all reviews
