Okay, haha, this was actually legitimately funny. My mom watches a lot of Hallmark-style romcoms, but this was something else, there was creativity and virbrance. The story actually took some turns I didn't expect. Also, it's visually nice, great camera work and good color grading. It feels more professional than what I'd expect from a low-budget, indie film.

To be honest, my expectations for this rom-com were not very high, but I was pleasantly surprised! At the beginning I wondered if it would end up like some of the cheesy Hallmark movies, with B acting and an extremely predictable script. Then I found myself drawn into the plot, sympathizing with the likeable characters, and even taken off guard by some cute humor sprinkled throughout. This is a fun date night movie to watch if you enjoy well-done rom-coms.

I was happily surprised by this heartwarming RomCom. I don't expect much from "Hallmark" type movies, but light, fun, silly entertainment and a predicatable formula. Dishing up love had a cute story, a leading couple I was rooting for and somehow also slipped in some substance. Loved It! If you feel like there is not enough fun, clean, family entertainment out there, this is a good pick.

This is the best "Hallmark" type romance I have ever seen!! It has humor, charm, a great score, fantastic family values and hits all the right spots. I was left feeling satisfied and uplifted. I also just have to mention the amazing food shots in this film! You will get hungry while watching!
