On a stormy night in 1994, a woman is murdered and the only witness is a 12-year-old boy named Anay. At the same time 25 years later, on an identical stormy night, Antara's daughter goes missing, who gave up her medical career for the sake of her husband. She moves into a new house with her family, where she gets connected with the Anay who was run down by car 25 years earlier through an old TV set. She ends up in the alternate reality she's created: one in which her life is completely different.

The last 15 minutes of Dobaaraa try to rush in a lot of convenient solutions, but this sci-fi thriller (a remake of the 2018 Spanish film Mirage) is riveting from beginning to end. Some parts of the movie are predictable, while others are not.

Original Movie bhi Hindi me Netflix pr available hai, to ise kyu dekhna bhai. I haven't seen this movie. For everyone, why waste your time in this movie when you can watch the original one "Mirage".

It's really a different movie and I am very sure it going to be very difficult for a person to digest the concept. Not question that this movie is pictured well but acting by everyone is best. Again this movie is not for everyone. There were lots of cosmetic flaws like switch boards but concept on point. If you are not traditional hindi movie person and looking for something different it's a good watch.

Terrible movie. Absolute waste of time. I would not recommend. The storyline was confusing constantly swapping timelines and failed to rush their condensed love story( was not believable). This was not an original movie and for being a copy I think you should nay you must not watch it. To reinforce this idea, you must know this film is boycotted in various regions as « 'Dobaaraa' is neither copied nor inspired. »

I am a fan of both Anurag and Tapsee a like and they both disappoint ,the movies is a huge disservice to the original in every aspect from terrible acting, terrible screenplay and very poor direction. The creative freedom taken to slightly make it more "different" from the original is step taken in all the wrong directions and it seems like the creators turnoff their brains while watching the original as they have changed key scenes which elevated the original movie, sat a clear context and contributed to the storytelling. Unfortunately it's all been cut or changed and thrown in to the trashcan for some reason making this movie stale. I would suggest watch the original movie "Mirage" from 2018.
