12/02/2011 Douglas Adams in his finest. See more 08/22/2011 Although incomplete, the bits that are still there hint at what would have been one of Tom Baker's best stories. See more 04/20/2010 Not bad. To bad the story was never finished due to the stirke. But the footage that was shot is great. See more 02/11/2009 Not the most well-realized of the Douglas Adams scripts, (that would be the spectacular City of Death) but with a lot of great ideas. Some clearly recognizabe from Adam's other work, but more cleverly than in Pirate Planet. This is more originally penned by Adams, and could have been great. The `92 reconstruction is charming, given Baker's narrative interludes, but don't overlook the Big Finish audio/Flash-animation production. It's a fun follow-up to the original material.
