Peter Travers The Travers Take The world of “Downton,” as fantastical as Camelot, celebrates an ideal of civility that is foreign for today’s tech bros and one-percenters. Good reason to honor the cast and crew of this final cinema remembrance for the pleasure of their company. Rated: 3.5/4 Oct 31, 2025 Full Review Wendy Ide Observer (UK) It’s all tiresomely fatuous, coasting along on the familiarity of the characters and fabulousness of the frocks. On this, at least, it doesn’t disappoint. Oct 7, 2025 Full Review Mark Kermode Kermode and Mayo's Take (YouTube) It's not very good, but it doesn't need to be. Sep 27, 2025 Full Review Michael Cook KLRT-TV It's like a comfy old pair of slippers and it's wonderful to see the gang all back together one last time. A wonderful tapestry of story lines that are beautifully woven together. Rated: 9/10 Oct 18, 2025 Full Review Michael Calleri Niagara Gazette American audiences have long proven that they draw immense pleasure from watching wealthy Brits go about their well-heeled business. This is a comedy that respects its characters and is willing to honor traditions. There is a lot going on in this edition. Oct 16, 2025 Full Review James Mottram Radio Times It would be unfair to claim this closing film concludes on a whimper. But neither is it quite the grand finale the title would have us believe. More like a pleasant stroll with characters you know and love. Rated: 3/5 Oct 15, 2025 Full Review Read all reviews

SilverShyne The wrapped up the movie trilogy and the overall franchise story very well. I literally LOL'd at a few scenes. The storyline itself was very grounded and realistic, which I appreciated. It's also fairly easy to follow along with if you havent see all of the episodes and previous two movies. It wasn't too hokey or cheesy...it was poignant, endearing, funny, and sweet. The cinematography itself was also very beautiful. If you are a fan of the franchise you wont be disappointed. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 10/29/25 Full Review Oliver D I never saw the show, or the prior movies, but I accompanied someone to this, and I'm now very interested in the series. The characters seems genuine in this movie, and the period based elements are cool to experience. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 10/24/25 Full Review mmpy A nice and heartwarming finale for fans, but rather blanch for general audiences who didn’t see the TV series before. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 10/23/25 Full Review Nnicke Loved it! It was so good to see everyone in Downton Abbey on the big screen again. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/22/25 Full Review lightturnylp Loved loved it … best ever … it covers family, friendship , prejudice, marriage, honor , aging , changes and so much more ❤️ Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/21/25 Full Review Peg Great show.
