Brenden D @WestWardReviews Dec 8 An Original Story In A Fine Enough Dragon Ball Film We Have A Clever Retelling Of The Journey To Roshi's Training With Goku & Krillin, And The Story Is Plenty Original In Contrasts To The Other DB FIlms That Are Just Full Blown Retellings Or The Z Movies That Rip Off Prior Stories. However The Animation Isn't All There, The Army Is Generic, Lucifer Is Kind Of Cool But Not Very Memorable, And Some Of The Antics Off Pudding. I Unfortunately Belive The Reason People Remember This So Fondling Is For That..... Scene With Bulma In The Chair Getting Tickled...... Well, It Is A Dragon Ball Movie. Still Has The Charm Of The Series, But Not As Strong As Other Films Have Captured. It's Okay. Nothing Awful, But Not One Of The Strongest. But The Commercials For It Always Made It Look Cool. C+ / B- 6.7/10 Worth A Watch For Newbies, But Not One You Go Back And Rewatch For QUite A While. See more Read all reviews
