Dreams is written in anger, which however righteous it may be, pushes the film down the narrowest lane of inevitability. Go to Full Review

After a season of high-minded movies about the redemptive power of art, there's something bracing about Franco's ruthlessly unsentimental view of the ecosystem in which artists and their benefactors operate. Go to Full Review

It is so aggressively affectless that it’s ultimately as forgettable as its title, something you might half-remember after waking up. Go to Full Review

Dreams isn’t some cheesy erotic thriller. But it might have been better as one -- in the end, it isn’t good enough to take itself so seriously. Go to Full Review

Mr Hollywood Mar 5 Boring. It’s all so pointless. Everything was just too easy See more Justin Mar 5 Very dramatic ending, though a bit aimless for first 70 minutes See more Norm V Mar 4 Sad ending message for the one not in power made the movie very bad. See more Don J Mar 2 This was a disappointment for me. I'll mention a few positives. Jessica Chastain gave a good performance, looked great and had good and intense chemistry with her male lead Isaac Hernandez. They had some really intense and erotic scenes together. I was also resonating with the opposites attract love story. Then, the final act happened. The movie very ugly, mean, nasty and mean spirited. There is a totally unnecessary scene that kind of made me mad in that final act. They couldn't hit the landing. Ruined what could have been a decent movie. See more Anne Mar 1 Definitely didnt see that end comin! It was real kickerno pun intended! Thinkin Chastain definitely had the chops for all the sex scenes! See more Remy Feb 28 Love me some young man old woman romance with some CNC and power dynamic play. Chastain is a certified redhead MILF. See more Read all reviews
