Audience Member One of the worst movies I've ever seen, but one of my favorites. The main plot is really lame. A time tunnel that leads to the old west? Some ghost guy helps them? The only authority figure of the movie, the kids's principal, turns out to be the bad guy? I guess kids are pretty smart these days, and they know what to do by themselves. Apple Jacks don't tastle like Apples, after all. The main character is a whiny little shit. He really annoys the hell out of me. I think he has a couple scenes where he runs off and cries. The token black kid says "freakin'" all the time. I guess it's his catchphrase. And there's this random high school guy who tags along with them. Uh...creepy. There were a few things that made me fall in love with this movie, though. I just gotta love these kids. They have obviously spent a lot of time and effort in making a secret clubhouse with working electricity. And what do they use this clubhouse for? The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. 3 freakin' years, guys. 3 FREAKIN' YEARS it took the token black kid in this movie to get to Ganondorf's castle. I applaud him. That is dedication.
