Audience Member (**): Not really connected to the first film (except for the main character). I found it not to be as much fun, even with some great death scenes, and not all that original (the main storyline of this film resembles The Terminator way too much). Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review Audience Member Great story with great blood and look and sound Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/22/23 Full Review Audience Member One word to describe this movie is perfect. If you love movies about magic you'll love this movie Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Audience Member A prequel to how Misa Kuroi first got her witchy powers. It's not as good as the first movie though it's still got some gore in it. The first half was pretty good reminiscent of The Terminator in which an ancient demon is awakened and body jumps between some people in order to kill Misa who's protected by an older man. Then it starts to get a little dull until it picks up once more towards the end. If you watched the 1st movie then you're gonna want to watch this. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member Interesting prequel to the first film explaining the origin of Misa's discovery of her powers against a backdrop of fighting evil. Although kind of strange that she seems more powerful in this film doing everything from healing to demon summoning. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Audience Member The second Azarak film is basically Terminator with a schoolgirl and a wizard, but the performances are good and it's very entertaining.
