Many years ago, Erni (Silvia Pérez) was a sought-after actress, but now she appears mainly in television commercials. Though she hasn't seen her family in several years, Erni decides to visit for her niece's birthday. She is overjoyed to see Ana (Martina Juncadella), but is less enthusiastic about the rest of her family, which includes her uptight sister (Inés Saavedra). Erni soon meets a handsome young bachelor (Luciano Cáceres) of whom her family disapproves.
