An uneven tone with misplaced unfunny humour. The fact that he's fat barely has anything to do with the story at all and is just a gimmicky excuse to put Donny Yen in a fat suit. He doesn't even wear the Bruce Lee Game of Death outfit prominently used in marketing material. Fight scenes are decent, but there are better Donnie Yen films you can watch instead.
