Yash B "EuroTrip" joins the collection of early 2000s silly R-rated comedies that I just had a fun time watching. The movie is ridiculous in every aspect and there are multiple moments that are completely illogical, but it's still enjoyable. There are a few moments that also felt like overkill for shock value, but I did admittedly laugh a lot. I also think this type of movie is nostalgic of a forgotten era for comedy and I always have a soft spot for it. Overall, it is a movie that makes the premise clear early on and is full of nonstop absurd hijinks, and I think fans of this era of comedy should like it. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/07/25 Full Review Kevin P A fun and slightly dated early 2000’s sex comedy road trip movie that’s ahead of the curve with enough charm and wit. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/24/25 Full Review Daniel J American triumphalism meets every negative European stereotype. When you watch it after so many years, you begin to learn why the world hates American tourists, politicians, etc. On the other hand, maybe it’s a critique of American stupidity. The characters are all of weak minds. Your call. Take it with a large tablespoon of salt. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/18/25 Full Review eric g How am I barely discovering this movie? Easily becomes one of my favorite comedies of all time. Couldn't stop laughing and the Matt Damon cameo is an all timer. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 12/21/24 Full Review Larry K An all time classic movie Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/23/24 Full Review Audience Member EuroTrip is a humorous and entertaining comedy that delivers plenty of laughs with its outrageous and over-the-top antics. However, the film is also riddled with problematic elements, including crude humor, stereotypes, and a lack of sensitivity towards certain cultures. While its adolescent charm may appeal to some viewers, the reliance on offensive jokes and predictable plotlines detracts from its overall impact, leaving it as a guilty pleasure rather than a truly memorable or high-quality film.
