After a brutal breakup at a high-school graduation party, lovelorn Ohio teen Scott Thomas (Scott Mechlowicz) goes on a quest across Europe to find his sexy German pen pal, Mieke (Jessica Boehrs). Joining him are his brainless buddy (Jacob Pitts) and a pair of twins (Travis Wester, Michelle Trachtenberg) they meet up with in Paris. Scott's quest does not turn out to be easy, however, and the backpackers become embroiled in many farcical situations as they hop from country to country.

This movie is the true litmus test if you take life way to seriously. Great comedy, and one of the greatest cameos of all time. Plus, one of the most underappreciated cameos of all time, the Hoff.

If you wanna have a good giggle and you miss those early y2k comedies with somewhat dated cheesy humor here's the movie for you. There is nothing more 2004 than this movie when it comes to comedies. Turn off your brain and enjoy some nostalgic laughter.

Scotty doesn’t know how Eurotrip revolutionized 2000s comedy with its uniquely European brand of raunchy humor and sexual innuendo, coincidentally akin to 2000’s Road Trip but in… well… Europe. The late and great Michelle Trachtenberg’s adoring performance, it left me hopelessly crushing on her. Grading: B-
