Bernadette J BORING, BORING, BORING. PINK PANTHER WAS AN EXEMPLARY DETECTIVE COMPARED TO THIS GROSSLY INEPT DETECTIVE. JUST NOT AN INTERESTING MOVIE AT ALL. Like the actress known from Baywatch. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 06/17/24 Full Review Audience Member These direct-to-video releases are usually underwhelming affairs but this one was a surprisingly entertaining thriller about a cop who loses his job after sleeping with a suspect. Maxwell Caufield was good as the charming killer. Took me a while to recognize Melanie Wilson, who was Larry's girlfriend on the sitcom Perfect Strangers for a number of years. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Homicide detective destroys his career and crumbling home life by sleeping with a murder suspect who winds up dead in his apartment; leaving him with a lot of explaining to do and Grand Canyon sized doubts about his credibility and judgement when he attempts to repair the damage. Decent suspense delivered on the cheap by New Concorde home video. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Audience Member Predictable storyline, with many redundant additions. The title is the best thing about this movie. However has a fairly high kill count for a drama. Better than watching oprah on a rainy day.
