Audience Member "Filmed in Supermarionation" (2014) is a lovingly made documentary that explores some of the most ingenious children's programmes ever made in Great Britain. The shows of Gerry and Sylvia Anderson brought Hollywood special effects to the small screen, turned marionette puppets into superheroes, and still offer a uniquely kitschy microcosm of the 1960s. This documentary brings together actors, puppeteers, technicians, musicians, and set builders to tell the unlikely tale. 10/10 Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/05/23 Full Review Read all reviews
