Alliances are forged when two opposing forces struggle to establish dominance in a desolate city. As humanity's relationship with the environment is tested, wildlife traffickers clash with eco-warriors and pseudo-scientists at the crossroads of Europe. A humble ornithologist, battling his own demons, attempts to piece together clues to discover the reason for an ever-increasing number of mysterious deaths, as paranoia grips the city of Berlin when the government sanctions a shady organization to collect the bodies of victims. A fearless group of Eco-warriors determined to let nature take its course, take up arms and plot the downfall of an unorthodox band of misfits longing for human kind's next evolutionary step. Meanwhile, a local gangland boss with his eyes on a bigger prize, entices a former white collar felon who is torn between his affection for a headstrong Eco-warrior and the chance to cash in.

It is not every day I get to see some lab work, DNA mixing or puzzles to solve - or not solve - on screen. Thanks for that. And thanks for leaving room for thought. Makes me want to travel more. And more and more we are getting tired of the same stuff. All been done. Same formula, etc. My son found this Flights film on Tubi and we thought, why not? And it's quite professionally done. Much better than lots of these big budget blockbusters. Interesting characters, nice locations, very different type of storyline about the environment, rivalries, etc. We give it a big thumbs up! But I think this one is clever to do so, especially with what is happening around the world now. Also, because we lived through covid, current displacements of people, and basically the interconnectivity of everyone. When something happens in one place, we all feel it.
