Just a camera following a fly on a nude actress, and Yoko pretending she's a fly (on the soundtrack). I think Yoko was just trying to show how funny-looking a body is (she's talked a lot about how funny the penis looks). She's trying to show that, in a different context, a nude body can be far from sexual. Fairly disposable though, really...
