Judah T I honestly loved it! Would I watch it again..? Of course!! I think it was really wholesome and sweet with the giving hardships of marriage and just teenage life in general. And having a baby is something that really happens especially to teenagers.! So I think it's also a bit of an awareness y'know and not to mention Randall Batinkoff was super hot HA💀 anyways I really liked it!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/26/23 Full Review Audience Member A better title for this turkey may be Molly's Gate. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/26/23 Full Review Audience Member Very realistic a must-watch movie. Molly Ringwald and Randall Batikoff did a great acting performance. Very relatable characters. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member An underrated film that has lots of character Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Audience Member For Keeps is a great movie that realistically shows the hardships of being a teen parent. This is one of Molly Ringwald's most mature and greatest performances. She and her boyfriend are struggling to go to school full time and graduate, struggle financially to support themselves and the baby, and even struggle mentally and emotionally. This movie shows the stigma teen parents often face from those at school and their friends and families. Great movie that is still very relevant today. All the cast and crew did a great job on this movie. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/21/18 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Janet Maslin New York Times Its subject is nominally daring, but in spite of that, For Keeps proceeds with an amazing degree of caution. May 20, 2003 Full Review Roger Ebert Chicago Sun-Times The moments between Ringwald and Batinkoff are well-written and played with a quiet, touching sensitivity; we recognize elements of real life in their relationship.
