      acsdoug D It starts as a dispute over water between rich developers and poor farmers, then devolves into pure soap opera fare. She wants him, he doesn't want her, but the girl he wants doesn't want him, etc.etc., that kind of thing. Lots of tears, heartbreak, unrequited love all around. The result is a big snoozefest.
