Audience Member "Four Boxes" has its funny spots, and when the plot finally revs up, it delivers some freaky moments. But did we really need a triple-twist ending? Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member The premise has a decent amount of potential, but five minutes in the trying-too-hard dialog becomes tiresome. Any tension that is built up is immediately ruined with an entire conversation of internet acronym speech and terrible slang. "Whatup douche?" - "NBD, OOC bro!" Half of the plot seems to revolve around eating or talking about eating fast food. I thought I saw the twist coming a mile away, until I realized that what I had worked out in my head was quite a bit more interesting than what turned out to be happening. On a positive note, I liked the opening credits. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Interesting premise, but WAY too long and the slacker schtick gets old very quickly. I didn't particularly like it, but couldn't break away until the end. There is something that keeps this watchable. Can't not recommend it. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/19/23 Full Review Audience Member The multiple twists killed the movie, otherwise it would have been a great success Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member I was going to put this flick on my shitlist but I guess the ending saved this movie. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review Audience Member A creepy and suspenseful debut from Minneapolis Natives. This low budget movie was creatively written and easily heart-pounding freaky. Well acted, it keeps you guessing on how it's going to end. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/17/23 Full Review Read all reviews
