Pretty creepy and pretty funny at times too even though I don't think it was meant to be funny. Fairly down to earth and realistic for the most part. I was totally rooting for the Spanish guy living inside the walls.

Very weird movie in deed but I wouldn't call it a horror movie as stated. The creepy dude is all that matters, without him, it wouldn't mean much but I pretty much enjoyed the whole thing.
