For an hour it was pretty amusing watching a squatter get even with a shady real estate agent. But after that it stopped being funny. I started feeling sympathy for the agent.

Very weird movie in deed but I wouldn't call it a horror movie as stated. The creepy dude is all that matters, without him, it wouldn't mean much but I pretty much enjoyed the whole thing.
