Emmett P This is one of the worst movies I’ve ever seen . Fake looking gator- horrible actors - Rediculous attempts at southern accents - the most annoying piano background music and preposterous plot . Avoid at any cost Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 08/09/24 Full Review sakye H maybe i'm a lightweight but the alligator is such a chandler Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 09/20/23 Full Review Audience Member The acting is terrible and the gator looks so fake. I didn't even finish the movie it was so bad. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/14/23 Full Review Audience Member I've seen a few people asking something along the lines of "How did Zoe Bell get involved in this? It's so bad." And to be fair, it is bad, it is. Also, I have no insider knowledge here, I straight-up have no idea how she got involved in Freshwater. But! Having finished the movie, I can honestly imagine, that if someone had given me the bullet points of this movie's plot, I might get really intrigued by developments in the third act. That conversation would have to be a very bare-bones one, and one that completely omits things like structure, budget, effects, etc., but I truly could see how at a very early stage, it wouldn't necessarily be insane to have gotten excited about Freshwater. The end result fuckin' sucks though. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Audience Member If you're watching this movie for a horror fix, then it's absolutely not worth your time. I like creature features and I also like Joe Lando from when he was on Dr. Quinn so I thought I'd give this movie a try. It is so bad, it's actually a little funny. The special effects are worse than anything I've seen in even the cheapest made-for-tv movies. If you want a laugh, then you could enjoy this.
