Graham C Aug 21 I love Frosty Returns. I think it's in my top 5 Christmas films despite it just being a TV special. Not only is it nostalgic for me, but the messaging behind the film is immaculate. "Let there be snow", more like enjoy your childhood while it lasts? More like protect our Earth and appreciate the different types of weather? When Frosty Returns would come on the TV, I had to beg my parents to keep it on. Because its peak. I love you, Frosty Returns. And before anyone asks, yes I'm autistic. Nothing - literally nothing - about this holiday special was special. Not the script, not the plot, not the animation, not the acting, not the music. It was so bad that when NBC had the option to pick it up in 2024, the network turned it down, despite its connection to SNL's Lorne Michaels. I'll miss watching the holiday classics on CBS, but the move to NBC at the very least cleansed us from exposure to this Christmas turkey.
