Audience Member This was a very interesting movie. Personally, I like how the story was narrated about five girls crossed each others' path in a musical way. All women are lesbians. Tyler and Daisy are best friends and also struggling musicians who got a chance to play in a famous bar and win cash prize. Tyler is a typical butch who sleeps with women and doesn't call back. Daisy is still hung-up with her ex who left her without saying a word. Colby is Daisy's younger sister who is about to graduate from college and realized that she too is gay and in search for her one true love...Misty. Misty, like Tyler and Daisy, was also struggling with her dream. She wants to be a famous actress one day. The highlight is pretty much about Colby is being in love with Misty but Misty was so much attracted to Tyler whom she gave her number to several months back but didn't receive a call. But in the end, everybody seemed to be happy and got what they all hoped for. The songs are cute but you know it's really childish just like the High School Musical Movie. The movie's entertaining but not something I want to recommend to my friends. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/26/23 Full Review Audience Member I really don't like musicals! ð??? Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review Audience Member Very entertaining, funny, cute, with a nice cast and a good soundtrack. Filmed in Los Angeles, CA. It is another fine production from the non-profit organization Power Up. POWER UP develops, finances, produces & distributes award winning films and conducts unique advanced educational programs through their hands-on filmmaking mentorships, classes, workshops and seminars. My favorite cast member was Colby (Gabrielle Christian) who despite her intelligence, great demeanor, humility and sensibility is unable to win the girl she falls in love with. But her sister and friends will help her navigate the treacherous waters of the L.A. gay scene lol. Recommended and available in HD on Netflix instant streaming. Cheers! Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Fun in parts. Some not so much. Good set of actors. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Audience Member Not exactly my kind of film, but I'm pretty sure it fulfills its purpose. Entertaining and funny for its target audience. But the awful acting cannot be left unnoticed. Clementine Ford and Rose Rollins were very good, but somehow their seriousness and commitment to the part played felt misplaced given the rest of the cast (and even the film's own atmosphere). My rating stands as regular not for the quality per se, but for its originality in displaying multiple genres possibilities within "Queer films".
