Yeah it's low budget. Yeah the effects are a bit clonky. But that said it's not bad at all. Nice to see British actors who can act, rather than the usual Hollywood cardboard. It's a bit like an 80 minute episode of Dr Who with Quatermass and Alien thrown in to support a Cthulhu Mythos story. Has a nice plot twist. I enjoyed it, and I'd recommend it. There are precious few decent Cthulhu Mythos films around and this is one.

This had some of the worst action and worst special effects I have ever seen, and that's saying a lot! I love HP Lovecraft, so watched the entire movie. Makenna Guyler was the bright spot in this movie, but I still can't recommend it.

Didn't get very far into it. the monotonous music never stops. It plays through all of the dialogue and is frequently at a higher volume than the dialogue. Make the movie very hard to watch.

This is low grade schlock. It's more entertaining that expansive schlock like Rings of Power or Disney Star Wars but it's quite bad. The film requires suspending common sense.

Don't watch this its absolutely garbage, from script, to acting, to props. The concept is good, execution is about the worst you could imagined. I watched it so you don't have to. (Old man humps detritus in the last half of the movie, don't watch it.)
